" Whooooaaaaa!!!!" that was the word that we uttered when this dish was laid down in our table. This was our diner in our first day at Puerto Galera. The restaurant served live seafoods and you will just make turo-turo and they will take care of the rest. It was my first time to taste that large size parrot fish and I can say that the meat was tasty and tender plus the sauce, surely you will call the waiter again for extra rice. Happy weekend ahead everyone!!!

Anlaki ng fish! My hubby likes sweet and sour pero seldom with fish, might try making one so to change his mind :)

Masarap nga ito pero Pero parang mas nakatakaw pansin ko ang bagoong kamatis at mangga(?) hehehe
I never heard of parrot fish. I thought parrot bird for a minute.lol Looks yummy. I love sweet and sour fish.
