Sweet and Sour Parrot Fish

" Whooooaaaaa!!!!" that was the word that we uttered when this dish was laid down in our table. This was our diner in our first day at Puerto Galera. The restaurant served live seafoods and you will just make turo-turo and they will take care of the rest. It was my first time to taste that large size parrot fish and  I can say that the meat was tasty and tender plus the sauce, surely you will call the waiter again for extra rice. Happy weekend ahead everyone!!!
