Ampalaya with Pork in Oyster Sauce

     My first recipe is our dinner last night. My hubby is not fond of eating ampalaya, so, for his sake I add lots of pork that was marinated in oyster sauce to add sweet taste. As I expected, at the end of our dinner he ate all the pork and I ate the remaining ampalaya for I don't want to have left over. Those tinapa on the side made us more full.
